The Ripping Cones have been ripping up the local music scene for over 15 years. Expect a psychedelic journey through your subconscious sonisphere before they bitch-slap you back down to reality with a groovy riff and a perfectly timed spliff.

The Rhetoric — scrappy, catchy, anarchic and scratchy. They aren’t afraid to discuss the questions no one dares to talk about, like… “Is it ok to miss the start of the gig if Karate Kid Part II is on the telly?”

The answer… probably!

Redneck Ritual — four friends united by heavy riffs and even heavier drums. Their ritual usually involves copious amounts of beer and dubious decision-making. The red necks? Probably just a hot summer and a lack of SPF.

Tukai recently reformed after a 20+ year hiatus for what was meant to be a one-off reunion. You all liked it so much they’ve agreed to play again… cos why not.
